yeah C4D, its a simple program really.
just make a weird shape. add deformers.
add text.
add perspective
set render settings
add materials
add light
render.
done
that's all

I run C4D portable on a 1gb RAM chip and a 1.66GHZ C2D CPU
oh and the portable version is only 200 mb :D
