Well, the core 2 duo is more powerful. And don't you think 6GHZ is too much? 0_o
the more the better lol
Ok, heres a brief difference between the PD and a C2D

PD runs hotter than hell, blows at least 120W even when Idle.

C2D a very cool chip that has excellent power stepping tech.

PD has a microcode flaw that will switch off the cache effectively making it run slower than a 486 upon cetrain conditions.

The PD was designed before Intel woke up, the best marketing AMD ever had was the launch of the PD as everyone finally gave up waiting and went out and bought a Athlon64 instead.
yeah its not a dual core.
only dual chip one core.
more heat I think
should have gotten a C2d.but whatever/
Just upgrade it.
my heatsink fan is top quality so don't think there will b much to worry about on that front
nVidia SLI technology owns!

get a c2d quad .. and feel better that you are saving the environment Hahaha
nVidia's SLi barely works. 3dFX for the win!
yeah SLi has not much support on most games.
Id rather get one 8800 GTS/X
or wait for the 9xxxx series.

and @boog C2D quad?!?!?!
double you tee eff?!?!?
5 more mornings until my 3870's turn up. :)
