yeah most likely - but the charges if there are any will not be as severe as copyright infringment. in fact i can say 100% it won't because copyright infringment doesn't seem to be a legal thing you can use in their country which is why they were able to get away with this for so long. lets hope they don't find spoon and tpb continues to beat those big chocolateassed corps into the ground.

Yeah, but Anger is right. There is is no way there getting charged with copyright infringement unless they had some actual files on that server. If they did they are idiots and deserve everything they get.

i know zinga its cool, but there is still that possibility.
im one of the ones hoping tpb wins again. :)
