ok, I would REALLY like to see this develop. I will moderate this if I had to.

there are about 10 people whoe are even very active, I say about 3, 3person teams and 1 can hop a random team :)

I could be in a team.
Been in one before.

ok cool. you can talk among yourselves and you discuss who will be in each team and whatnot.
