The theme pack includes non-flash prxs and rcos, thanks to the wonder of CXMB prx. All you have to do is place the files into your memory stick (copy CXMB and seplugins folders into the Root Directory of memory stick) then enable the cxmb.prx plug-in thru Recovery Menu (hold R trigger while Restarting PSP). The pack also includes other plug-ins you can opt to enable, i.e. Battery prx and Custom Firmware Extender prxs (Read included Readme_cfe.txt and as for the battery prx, press Home button).
Also included: opening_plugin.prx, opening_plugin.rco (custom welcome screen) and update_plugin.prx (Reboot prx to replace update function). You need to copy these files into their respective flash0 directory/folder (prx into flash0/vsh/nodule folder, rco into flash0/vsh/resource). To do this, enter Recovery Menu, connect your psp thru usb, and then activate usb connection (Just overwrite the existing files). I assume you already know how to do this and you accept the risk of flashing files into your PSP. BEWARE, BE EXTRA CAREFUL!!!

Most importantly, thanks to the great DA/M33 for his custom firmware.
Cheers!!!
