It allows you to change the place where Windows looks to run apps with ShellExecute().
Generally when you go start»run and type something that's not a file (eg mspaint) it will search various locations such as the system folders and the registry. This app edits the registry.
oh ok. cause from the description it seemed as it it made a .exe in system root or something. i know you can do that though. sometimes i use things like "notepad c:\windows\drivers\etc\hosts"

Haha, nice! I'm not the desktop icons type person either. Either case - if you're used to the keyboard, hitting Windows+R and typing something is far quicker :P

batch this, but now I don't have to! Goodbye shortcut icons. :P
haha this is a pretty useful app. but i usually just memorize where everything is even thought my app's on my start screen is going out of the screen a lil bit.
