UncertainGod Wrote:Personally no, the slim is ugly compared to the fat. Plus it doesn't seen built that way. The current fat I have at the moment gets dropped weekly and still works fine, a friend dropped his slim at mine last Tuesday and broke it.
I guess that it feels as cheap as it really is...
Mmzzz, wellz i was only interested in it being more portable and lightweight.
durability i already expected it would be fragile lolz...
The thing stopping me getting it atm is that im scared that in the future it would stop and dun worth with some new CFW... like dun work at all
If you drop a fat it gets broken,. if you drop a slim it wil break,.!?!
Durability,. is the same as witht he fat at the moment,.!? Don't see why not,.!?
When i fist got my fat psps almost 1 year ago i was like gjee can't they make it somewhat more slimmer and lighter,.!? Well now the slim is here and i think sony did a nice job!!
throw your lumpy Fat PSP away!!
well personally yeah I want sorta a lighter PSP but the thing is the slim looks like spoon.

Slim!!
depends on what you want really...
i think id use the slim when i get outta the house.. (light weight=sexier :D)
but thatd mean lesser battery life..
pft...
the phat one it is..
*if you use a lot of homebrew .. most won't work on the slim right? .. cause it doesn't support the 1.50 kernel
wlellzz, its only not owrking for some of the old homebrew right? what about games?? any probs?
all ISO;s will play on both PSP's/ . .
but yeah ofcourse anyone who goes outside with their PSP will want a slim\\
So you want to be seen with a piece of cheap plastic in your hands?
I don't get that, the original PSP looks great, the slim looks like something Nintendo would have built.
I've had a PSP since July 2005, and when the slim came out I thought it was the perfect time for a modest change.
I still have my phat, but I hardly ever use it... The slim is more power efficeint, and I keep the extended life phat battery in it with no cover on the back.
It fits in there pretty snug and I have had no problems with it.... double the battery life on the go. The unit is still lighter, and I just stuff it in my pocket with no case. You can barely notice it.
ISO's work good as ever, so does POPS, and I have just went along with all 3.xx kernel homebrew, such as;
Picodrive, Daedalus r13, Snes9x ME by Chilly, Nester J v1.11, gPSP v0.9, filer v4.31, ir shell v3.81, PSP Radio, PSP Tube, PSP Write, Doom, SnakeSP, .. so on.... everything you need.
PSP slim is an upgrade guys...:wink2: don't be afraid of it.
R.i.p 1.50 kernel.
