Try v0.5, and see if you still get the same issue.

I've hardly ever bet on anything in my life (not a believer in gambling >_>) so I really wouldn't know how such a thing would even work.

Click on the Options button next to the Deactivate button.
Additionally, when adding/uploading attachments in the forum, there should be an additional "fee" textbox.


I've got a v0.51 update ready - the only change is a few speedups - oddly, v0.5 ran slower than v0.43.  Testing on localhost, v0.5's dynamic code loading engine allows it to run MUCH faster than v0.43, however, it shouldn't cause any slowdown.
I have a PHP accelerator installed on the server, so I guess it could be why it's running a little slower.  v0.51 addresses that, and load times reflect the change.

Here's a test I did on 4 identical test boards, on the time it took to load showthread.php with 10 posts (also compared with MYPS for the sake of it :P)
