Endless Paradigm

is there any good program where i can put in the positions i want the icons to be in the prx?  for 3.71?  i have tried to search but havent find any. i would be very thankfull if someone could link me to a program that can edit prx files easy. thanks in advance. :D

You have Ac_K editor ,wich is very good all in one solution, or use the old ones VPE PPE, you can find them in the Power Tools Topic in this section.
