what exactly do you mean by ripping. sorry, but i am new to this and want to clarify things. it is alright to take random parts from images that are on google images to use as vectors right? I'm assuming that ripping is posting a whole piece of work made by someone else.
Yes, ripping is taking another persons work and claiming as your own.
Also please understand that you may NOT use images from deviantart.com that are under the creative commons license or something like that.
