If html isn't programming then how come in IE if you right click it says "view source" and not something like "view original". If it isn't programming then what you typed in would be exactly what you saw on screen as the finished product. If you wanted to add pictures and stuff then you'd put them in through a dialog like in word "Insert>Picture>From File". I know some html design programs will let you add content like that, but then it isn't really programming. (end of mini-lecture)
