I am gonna look at the sysconfg_plugin.prx still missing some language offsets for preview screen and some icon's
But English and Italian works!!
Hope there are some usefull offsets,.. wich i found,.!?
Updated...
It's a little big xD !
I Added many thing... So I can make a changelog :/
Ac_K these value's is more the touch delay i think so when pressing a button the time between a repeat.
0x19f378 -1 ***Speed of all icon's but without delay movement... Different from the other speed offset.
0x19f37C -200 ***Does the same as above!? only different with value's.
As for these value's i think its the position of the font used in the text,. so not really a x or y position in the xmb
The offsets in this area are all more font related,.!??!
0x1A0AB8 0.5 ***X Position Main Text and Y Position Submenu text and Y Position clock
0x1A0B28 1 ***Alpha Channel all text (again??)
0x1A0B2C 1 ***Alpha main menu text (Only top icon text)
0x1A0B30 4 ***Y Position all text and clock, also Memory Stick text but not line
0x1A0B34
0x1A0B38 4 ***Y Position all text and clock shadow, also Memory Stick text not line
0x1A0B3C 0.5 VegetaNĀ°1 - Unknow ?? Alpha ??
0x1A0B40
0x1A0B44 4 VegetaNĀ°1 - Unknow ?? Y Value ??
0x1A0B48 1 VegetaNĀ°1 - Unknow
0x1A0B4C 1 ***Alpha Channel all text (again??)
0x1A0B50 64 ***Visibility of "start" icon in infobar
Oh... It's just you think... It's not really the position ??

that whole area is font offsets,.. i am 90% sure its some kind of font position,. so not really the icon position,.
Maybe someone else could try and look,..

Hmm thought there were different offsets for these little arrows for each language but its becuase of the custom commengui made by gsmoke,.. somehow the commengui move arrows for different language,.. my x offsets for the little arrows work for every language but in combination with commengui prx only for english and italian,..
This is also for the previeuw screen in the second infobar
gsmoke maybe you find this info interesting!?
EDIT: i think i know whot gsmoke did with all other language*except english and italian) offsets in the commengui he mirrored the infobar,.!? but i am sure the arrows and theme icon's are moved by the custom commengui prx made by gsmoke,. so my offsets are ok,.. (i have tested with normal commengui)
The common seems to be OK , without the sysconfig the arrows are where they have to be, its a matter of understanding how the offsets you change work,so i guess you have to investigate them , in the common gui by defalut different languages have diferent resolution in many aspects like stretch , or visible area , i quite don't understand how many of them are controled.
but the main offsets for what you need must be insed the sysconfig plugin wich is a huge gold mine of many floats , damn many things are controled from them but understanding them is needed.

If i use a original sysconfg.prx with your commengui the arrows are at different place,. Italian and English good but the other language's not,.. i mean the little arrows behind all custom ptf theme's,..
You guys want a weird offset?
How about this one:
1A4C70 in Paf.
Change the float from -1 to -2 or something around there as long as its not above 0
It allows you to kind of see how the xmb is constructed by zooming the 'camera' out (if smaller than -1)
Hard to explain, but give it a go.
I also found an offset for turning the font upside down and back to front, but can't remember it!
%^^^^^ if i am in af i wil try that,.!! lol there is lot of weird offsets,..
The found alot of font offsets but they all where in the vshmain,. like making the font wave or look very glitchy,. lol
