no i was talking about save I.D's from disk to disk
poknsmot did not know how to make all the pbp's save ID's the same . . .

no i don't know of any cheats that add extra save points.
That would be cool the game "ONE" is the same way :P
hey zinga you can always download discs 2-4 and change the save and game id to match disc 1
I don't really play mine, I just use it for music.
if your using cwcheat and an ntsc version, i think theres a cheat to let you use the save option anywhere you want, but don't hold me to that. i played and beat 9 when it first came out and havent touched it since, despite liking it, i actually play my PSP quite alot (Disgaea atm is absolutley amazing, manhunt occasionally, and Silent hill when i either beat thrillville (sometime) or get a new memorystick (more likely i think))

I did play a little bit of Loco Roco, but I had the screwed ISO which froze after world ~3, so I stopped.

I recently heard that Final Fantasy 9 NTSC-U works without issues (despite having read about FF9 and subchannel) on pops, so I might actually try playing something on the PSP.

Played a little last night - everything is so small though Erk  Doors aren't particularly easy to see unfortunately.  Now I just need to find discs 2-4 of it :P

Holy shi-.

I just started playing games on my psp two days ago. The first time in years and for
the exact same reason. Except that I finally got FFVIII to work, not FF9. ^_^

Creepy. Its liek....wee're the same person.

Except you're a girl, of course.

Also I began hanging out at GameFAQ's again, and felt like making a guide
for FFVIII.
ugh, GFaqs...that place has gone to the dogs, i left there a while back because it was just spamming and flaming

lol^^^^^

I was planning something else lol,..

I have only played disc1 and yes save points are hard to find,. lol
Playing from fmv to fmv,. ;P
Only the busy boards on GameFAQ's are full of flaming and arguing,
any PS1 board is gonna host a serene, tranquil population of nostolgic
or very poor gamers.

Except for the FFVII boards because they're all bitches.

"Piss-P"

Hmm, FF9 _really_ lacks save points :S  I mean, you have to play like over 30 minutes before you reach the next save point.  I'm certain that FF8 had way more save points :S
Does anyone know if some cheat device can "save state"?

I just found the kupo flute!!

So you can whistle a kupo to save,.!? (have not tried it yet,.. lol)
with the flute you can save anywhere on the map.... i love the FF9 for ps1.... changing the savestates are easy... just got to do it to the eboot before you play and save... took me a bit but finally got it... to me ff9 tops up there with ff7... but i have the orginal for ps1 so no need for PSP conversion...
