What does this do?
Visual Basics 6
Run Services.MSC
Run Net User GUI
Run Command Prompt
CMD Messenger (Will only work if you enable messenger through Services)
CMD Messenger v 2 (Will enable services by itself so no need to use)

What is Net User GUI?
Add an account on a Network
Remove an existing account on a Network
Make an existing account a Local Admin

Where is this most useful?
somewhere with a large network , idealy a school (not saying to but just using it as an example)

How to run it?
Just click on run.bat

So I presume this is a program you wrote in VB6?
From the sounds of it - not bad!

By the way, for the net send thingy - look into the NetBufferSend API function - you can do some fun things with it :P

no its a batch file......i kinda stopped programming in vb6, haven't used it in a while....

i forgot to mention is that CMD messenger will only work if the person at the opposite end (person you are sending it to) has messenger service on. You can always like give this to like the person you gonna talk to and then both use it and that will work. Another note, the person that you are sending the message to must be in the same network you are in. This is pretty much a network based program.

damn it gets a system error 5 . . can't enable the system thingy. . .damn school.  . . .oh well back to yahoo messenger.
