No. It's not for 3.90 yet...
You need to manually hex edit those prx files for now.
I've only had one problem with this program. I can't seem to put in a decimal point, for example I can't put in 0.5 for the unfocused sub-icons.

use SchMilk's bookmark file, u can edit by hexeditor easily..
I try to updated my program... But I'm doesn't really the motivation for code this ^^!
I would code a PRX for directly modify the value ! But I don't know how read and patch the memory :/ !

don't use the bookmark file, use the excel worksheet! theres loads more in there ;)
