Just a few things i found while browsing the internet.
Take caution when using these, since these are Japanese programs, the readmes are not in English;P

Allows to edit the position, size, colour and scrolling movements of icons.
The amazing vshmain.prx editor
Allows to sort the PSP menu how you want. Also allows you to move the date, clock hold[/align] and mute icons.
The amazing common_gui.prx editor
Allows you to edit the optionmenus, by changing the size and animation
Finally, the amazing music_main_plugin.prx editor
Allows you to edit numerous thing in the music player.
Wallpaper and Gameboot Changer
I believe this alternates the wallpapers and gameboots
PSPBTCNF.BIN Editor
Allows you to edit the PSPBTCNF.BIN
Prx compressor
Compresses your customized .prx files.
PSP flasher
Allows you to flash numerous files to the PSP's flash0
