So, is this really Sony's tool?  It seems somewhat...  chocolatee for Sony.  I mean, I'd have expected a better GUI:

One does wonder where OFW users will find icons, being that a) icons are the only thing one can change, and b) Sony's archives will be slightly >ahem< spoon...?

Hmm, supports TGA?  I never knew that format was supported.  Let's see what ID corresponds to TGA.

EDIT: O_o, same ID as GIM - does that mean that TGAs can be used in RCOs without GIM limitations?


And the theme maker doesn't seem professional.  It does do RLZ compression though.
