no it let right in but showed up white where it should be transparent

There has to be better alpha channel suport,.!?
And again i am not gonna make a whole new theme ,.. becaue converting to png and rezise etc etc swrews my theme up!!

No you have to learn how to make png's like you learned .bmp's

PTF files never contained shadows, only glow images... >_>
I'm guessing shadows are disabled when using a PTF, but then, I've never used 3.7x so I have no idea.
