What can I say, I am the definition of net whore, last month my downstream was 498 gigabytes. This month will be worse because of all the new shows starting (by the way any fan of Battlestar Gallactica should watch the Bionic Woman, Katee Sackoff.....yum)

Given the shear amount of stuff downloaded through our main connection it made sense to get a separate one for everyday things.

I always have a ping of like 400ms. dodgey. Not because my internet is that spoon, but cause the servers being in the US are like a few thousand km's from Australia. Quite annoying when playing some games needing fast reaction speed.

Because of our seperated setup, both of us in this house have been on the TF2 beta and wee get pings of about 40 for the main servers, it's shiny.

Even on the modded to hell ut2004 servers I get pings of no more than 120.

I fully admit my setup is odd, but it is more than worth it.

NOTE: anyone who like Battlestar Gallactica should watch the Bionic Woman, it's got Katee Sackhoff in it, and she's EVIL. :D

I sometimes wonder how do you get all that time to watch it all...

The secret is dual screens, and working from home. Though that might be coming to an end this week :(

meh, It's not all it's cracked up to be, gets fudgeing annoying being stuck in the same seat every day with no one face to face with you.

But I've got an Interview in 4 hours, so hopefully that will all be over.

I only get max dl speeds of 60kb/s

I'm like uncertaingod, a downloader, but I cap my speeds so I can still play TF2 with 40 ping ;)
