They announced that it would be out hopefully by the end of this month when they launched 3.70.
i imagine the official theme editor will still be crippled compared to what wee're use to.

one thing gave it away really...how could they have reversed and updated the OE updates that fast...especailly when Wilc*rd took weeks....but to be fair, i never actually believed it, although to look now its obvious
