yeah just use your common sense. . . but why derect 'n00bs' to other sites? why can't wee help? . . . I think wee are the only PSP site that doesn't call people n00bs. . . EVERY thread I see at -Hacks has at least 1 "n00b" in it.

Cause there's plenty of n00b sites around the place.  Not only will they be (presumably) more willing to help, they'll be much quicker to respond, so it's good either way.

99% of n00bs are just people too lazy to search.  I've managed to find answers to practically everything without asking this or that (Google For the win).

If every thread has a n00b, well so be it :P

I really don't mind the occasional question, but I generally prefer creative discussion rather than requests for others to help.  It prevents digression, just like PSP-Hacks (and also helps protect against you from those ultra-stupid people).


In conclusion, I'm not saying you're not allowed to help - if you really want to help n00bs, those bigger sites are probably better.
Currently, it's not really a problem, so I don't care too much - but if it does become a problem later on, I have something to point to.
I generally don't see asking questions contributing much to this forum (since it's not primarily a support forum).
