oh well i have already reformated but if it comes up with the password thingy then i will try Windows-Key-Enterprise-V7.9.2141.
Few possibilities:

1) The password is blank
2) You entered something during install
3) You have a silent install disc which automatically sets up a password

Solutions
1) Just press enter
2) Reinstall
3) Get a new version
i was gonna suggest reinstall.,
im reinstalling now but the disk is being gay now and saying something about a cyclo disk error or sutting like that so im jus guna burn a new disk and im downloading a new xp
that sucks;/
what sucks even more is that every time i try re isntalling it keeps BSoDing
get the ultimate disk
and ye itll run on anything
amzter Wrote:wil it run on a p4 with 2.52 ghz and 512 ram ?

It'll run fine.

Meh, i ran it back then on a 600mhz with 192mb of RAM.
guys i got another issue now it won't let me install a thing it jus says ikernel.exe error or something. and i realy want to install my wifi drivers
check your hdd for errors.
if that is ok suspect your memory.
another posibility is apm. when i try and install xp on my machine now the apm must be deactivated or it blue screens and won't complete install. strange but true. perhaps its something like that.
