does it READs 3.71 m33 rcos? IM JUST ASKING IF IT READS NOT IF IT CONVERTS WELL!
yes it will downgrade a 3.71 rco to 3.60...but you may have to go back and manually change some files due to rcotool reading the image header names wrong or something...but MOST of them go through.
