is this the knife trick thing? its been awhile since i read about it.
i have a mod chip in my ps2. but i thot i saw someone saying there was a way to load an exploit on a mem stick with a modded ps2, then use the memstick on a non modded ps2 to play backups. im going to research this sometime as i have a nephew and friends who could benefit from this, if its possible i would help you out 2 yoyo, if needed...

yeh, that's wat i was refering to i think, once you do this you don't hav to swap discs and use a knife to open the dvd drive right, i want to try this sometime soon.

Try using... Independence Compiler 2.2 or Independence Compiler 3.0 to make the game save,
Then use ps2save-builder to change it to a format you can use,

I tried Independence Compiler and it still didnt work
I think its the trigger disk im trying to use (metal gear solid) and i don't have many ps1 games anyway. I may a help thread @ console-exploits.com
