MAJOR UPDATE: I have now uploaded a major update to the theme (well not major, but more major compared to the other updates)

In this update is included all the relevant files
aswell as the update by sschevy2001 (no overlapping but no smooth vertical scrolling)
and the correct common_gui.prx to go with the theme
and the fully working system_plugin.rco
also a topmenu with REBOOT/SHUTDOWN instead of NETWORK UPDATE
and the UMD updates
this package includes all the up-to-date current files to go with this theme (the files that are actually on my psp)
