there needs to be more characters displayed here so here is mine. right now I'm working on leveling up a suit of Tirgrex but it's ****ing expensive. I've almost finished the village elders level 4 quests.

My team mate who did not have 100 wyvern kills, do not have the quests, and so he didn't believe me at first. Then he took a calculator and calculated my wyvern kills THREE TIMES. Then he threw the calculator and "double you tee eff!?" at me. haha.. Anyway, yeah. And for him, upon reaching 100 wyvern kills, he unlocked the quests. But I didn't even kill 100 wyverns when I reach HR6, and I see both quests in my quest list. So I would like to tell everyone that there is another way of unlocking it which I do not know how.

man i freakin love this game..but i HATE looking for items and finishing a quest and thinking to myself tha i have missed items and can't upgrade armor/weapons because of it... :( so i loaded up the cwcheat and found the 99 items in hand and box and OMG i love it so much i played fro 25 hours over the past week during my travels to lasvegas and mexico! :D its still challenging to kill the monsters cause they are freakin tough, but the annoyance of needing to redo missions to get more of a certain item has been relieved...i realy want ot play without cheating like that, but when i go to use that one armor sphere+ that i got i couldnt do it and had to enable the cheat for 99 of them LOL....
by the way..i have always hated RPG games..i just like killing and upgrading :P but i have had to resource the internet for hunting stregeties on some monsters now that Im finally into the 4star missions. :)

Monster Hunter is, for me, the best game of PSP!!
I'm actually playing the 2nd G. In total i have 130hours of gameplay, I'm doing now the 8* Elder Quests and I'm with HR 5.
My prefered strategy is the "Sleep Bombing". I play with SnS and deal a lot of damage using the Sleep Bombing Strategy. Good on solo (expensive too), very very very useful on partys. Great Sword deal a LOOOT of damage when the monster is Sleep. Its a great strategy to kill the game bosses.
Weapon: High Sandman Spike (sleep status)
Armor Set: Death Stench S
Skills: ESP, Status Attack Up, Bombing
