Okay, being more serious, whether you are new to graphics designing isn't the key here. This is a fun competition, and, graphics, being subjective, no-one can really say what is better.
As for the dupe votes, it should be very obvious that the two accounts are dupe - looking at number of posts and registration date (and similarity of names).
This leaves two options, either someone is trying to cheat, or trying to frame someone else.
Yes, those accounts are made by lat03. I'm really ashamed of you lat03. This is meant to be a fun competition, not something you should look upon as an opportunity to cheat.
And lat03 lied... tut tut tut.. your racoon sig was awesome man.. but this is just too much.

I always thought so.
But dude, If ur going to cheat, at least make sure 1st u can get away with it.
The 1st and most important thing a theif/cheater whould plan/think about should be how u get away with it (And that involves assessing the degree of risk). If there is a significant chance of getting acught, u shouldn't even attempt it. A master does not get caught.
Don't give people any ideas...

i discovered what happened,
both of my sisters (knowing that i compete in this kind of thing), they created the dupe accounts for voting for me, i didnt knew it...
so i ask your pardon
