lol use google guys! it was easy to find.  i couldn't find exactly what he uploaded but this one does the same thing.  if you don't want it then you will have to search the registry manually and delete the added keys

Open regedit>Search for "AllFilesystemObjects">then "shellex">then "ContextMenuHandlers">then delete the keys that have the data "{C2FBB630-2971-11D1-A18C-00C04FD75D13}"
