If anyone lives near Liverpool in the Uk can they go ask Studio Liverpool what format these bloody .vex files are in and what software they use to edit it?

Seriously I've been on this for nearly 2 days now since crazy-asian reminded me of the wipeout pure modding and I think I'm going a little insane, If I don't find out by the time my next cheque clears I'll blow it all on a trip to Liverpool to break into there studio and nick the software, one way or another I'm turning this game into rollcage.
