Kongregate to be homebrewed. There are some pretty awesome games on there, like the Fancy-Pants Adventure. Plus, you earn achievements for playing them.
Actually there is one flash game that definetly should get a port but I doubt the PSP could hack it.

Okay, I found out that N is being remade for the PSP and DS as N+.
Just wondering but why do some flash games not load in the browser even if it's under the size limit?
