When you click on the Online Manuals Icon, for example, which file gets activated first? A PRX file, or an RCO file?

Executable code gets executed first.  If you don't press anything, executable code still gets executed first...

and codes like offsets and actions are in prx

But, is the PRX "activated", or is it already being executed?
