True, they modded it, but thing is, you didn't.  No one forced you to use it, you decided to use it on your own accord.  Why?  Think about that.

If they say it, go ahead and complain, but it won't get you anywhere.  Considering the fact that they have in-depth knowledge of how the PSP works, and you don't, it's no surprise to what the majority of people will be listening to.  You are effectively digging yourself a hole.
They weren't the people making the bad move.  I personally think it was you who made the bad move.

ORGAN, seriously, use appropriate language.  This is not a place to flame or rant on.  Please be respectable of other people's work - developers spend hours, days and months giving up their free time for people like you.  You have no obligation to even use their programs.
Considering that you are part of a very small group who have bricked, it seems logical that the problem doesn't lie with M33, but lies with you.

Firstly, there's a language barrier.  I think, M33 really means good, but since they probably aren't good at English, it hasn't come out the way they intended it to.  I can't see any wrong doing in warning others about a bad site.  Also, if you've spend months of hard work on something, then someone takes it, makes a slight modification to it, then claims it as their own, what would you feel like?

That's why i came up with th perfect solution, if i do nothing with my life, no one can 'borrow' what i don't have off me :P
