Just don't register/subscribe to random stuff, and u won't get sPa/\/\.
I've been using Yahoo for ages now, and i haven't gotten a single piece of sPa/\/\. Not really because of the sPa/\/\ filter. If u don't let random sites/people know of your email address, u won't get sPa/\/\.

Combinations? An email adress generally has like 10+ digits before the @ sign. Brute forcing every possible combination is not feasible, at least for large amounts of digits. If ur email was something like abc@hotmail.com, maybe, but with what u got, i doubt it.
They probably fetch them off sites using programs. But i don't have my email visible on any sites either.

Assassinator Wrote:Have you heard of hybrid attacks? They're typically dictionary attacks, with common letter substitution (eg e » 3) and is also partly a brute force approach. For example, a hybrid attack would pick up something like "daddy231".ZiNgA BuRgA Wrote:Not necessarily.
