Seems like evolve is down atm, Fox does the new pack include the new prx for the battery? If not do you know when you all will be finished with it :P, this is like the best theme ever XD.
I hope you don't mind but I edited the menu colors in your vshmain.prx, I needed some different colors so that some of the visualizations in the music player would not be messed up lol.
By the way how did you manage to get the dock and battery bar semi transparent?
Did you edit some values in paf.prx or did you use a method in photoshop?
Anyways you and your team did a awsome job on this theme, and It is on my top 10 list of awsome themes for psp :P
