hi can any one design a pink hello kitty theme please

I've been thinking about doing a more "girlish" theme, can't get any more girly than Hello Kitty. Send me a peer message telling me what or how I should go about making one for you (or well the world lol). Give me some basic knowledge on the Hello Kitty universe.
