There is but you need wifi and you need to download some files and the tvu player app

Not much. It would increase the cost to make the PSP a lot though. Flash is quite system intensive.
Plus I don't find watching streaming videos, or even using the web browser, attractive at all. "Typing" with the PSP is already a pain.
