Sony expands PSP development to UK universities
Sony has announced that it is to enable universities to gain access to the same pro development tools available to real commercial game developers. This scheme builds upon the existing PS2 Linux programming scheme run across 20 UK universities. The move will enable institutions to buy the same development kits as professional developers at a 'vastly discounted rate'. The kits will come with the same ProDG tools and online support will be offered by way of a replica of the professional development website with students being able to create their own accounts and can interact within their own forums.
Hmmm..Maybe one of us could go join up;P
