Considering nearly every country is in debt, it will be some small island country you've probably never heard of.

Damn!  There was a great video that someone did about a guy sitting at a bank trying to increase his debt with all the same numbers as the government, minus all the 0s.

But I couldn't find a list of countries by domestic equities (or net assets).
