Well as much as I think as this is a novel idea coming from sony, I'm not getting this. Aside from that it is decent bridge between the ps4 and the psvita. (well better than the psp and ps3 thing they tried to use to get more psp sales.
So it's basically a cheaper Vita without a screen and controls?
It's pretty cool imo, probably won't get one.

One the other hand im getting my mits all over a 64gb memory card and im totally keen for Soul Sacrifice Delta. Vita 2000 looks cool too. Dun know about that LCD screen though, won't be as nice as OLED.
I like JUST bought a 32gb vita memory card so little ticked off about the announcment of the 64gb one~
I've had a 32gb since I got my Vita. Will happily sell for a 64gb one though.

pretty much, I think they just made this for people who didn't want to shell out as much money. I don't see the point in getting one. Perfectly fine with my Original Vita
well if it allows me to record from it then i won't mind. then again they need to release one with a proper output

maybe the new slim will have one

The new slim doesn't although it has micro USB type B which my phone has and my phone has HDMI out through that, so there is a possibility, although I'd doubt it.
So. Apparently its also being marketed as a PS4 extender. As in being able to link to the system and play games from another tv.

Sounds kind of cool that way in a sense.

Its also got one usb port on the back.

Well if it didhave that kind of output it would kill the hardware mod versions
PS Vita 2K specs....
