lol then yeah you got to adjust your sensitivity or just learn to live with it, when the retail version is out you should just be able to tilt your vita so that'll be a big help.
Gyro Aim assist. Like Uncharted Golden Abyss had. Tilt your Vita to move the crosshair. Makes it easier to get higher precision aiming.

Oops my wrong apparently tilt assisting aim does work just my sensitivity was low.
Unfortunately I'm going to say it's not quite like the golden abyss, since it only helps you when you're aiming down your sights/scope, but at leasts I've been able to play without it so far, I should state I don't spin around fast enough so I'm thinking about changing that speed if I can find it
