Yeah, the background looks tuff.

That is just the background it shows when highlighting the game (Saints Row IV) in XMB or mmOS

In mmOS I just use a simple black sony style background with a sony style theme - it looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/4k1bM4i.png

In normal xmb I don't ever change the background or color, I just uuse whatever the monthly color is lol

I love the bg that is brought up for highlighting LIMBO, and the 'music' that plays.
