Hi guys, found this on the Madobe Nanami facebook page. Wee have a Madobe Yu theme for Windows 8 complete with wallpapers, sounds and what not! I'm having a little trouble myself installing it on my Windows 8 Pro system, the Themepack doesn't install for me, maybe if someone could play and tell?

I think the Madobe Yuu theme came with a DSP Edition of Windows 8 in Japan so it may only work on Japanese Windows 8 systems.

Nothing that Region Settings/Resource Hacker can't fix.
After learning about PhotoDNA, dunno why anyone would willingly use Windows 8...

So, you like child hershey kisses then? Pretty disturbing man...
Also,
Worked fine on mine.

That's the typical fallacious statement with any 'anti CP system'. Never mind how bad it is at matching, or how it gets abused...
But how is it related to Windows 8 anyway? Is it included in it?
Anything more than a background and probably sounds?

Um, sure. My concern is more towards the fact that it's a blatant disregard of privacy. It still looks through your entire system. Even if you don't have what they're looking for, I'd rather not have someone prying through my sh
it just to see if I do have it. I like my privacy, regardless of me having something illegal or not. Anyway, UNIX master race and all that jazz.

What's that?
I'm an idiot
It's a tool incorporated into Windows 8 that scans your hard drive for any signs of child hershey kisses (maybe more, nobody really knows yet) and reports it back to Microsoft.
This explains it a bit more. Disregard the fact that it's an email to Richardo Stallmanu.
Well if it can be set to scan for one type of thing, it could easily be set to scan for anything, really. Kuu, that was an ignorant comment. Just because Joomla is against photoDNA does not mean that he likes child hershey kisses, anymore than being against cctv's everywhere would mean that he were planning to rob a bunch of stores, or being against mandatory drug screens would make him a drug addict. Fighting against CP is a red herring in this issue.
