eCFW TN-B MOD by Z80

This Mod patches TN-B to not set clock speed to 333mhz so it is possible to run games like Tekken 6, which wasn't possible with the normal TN-B Version. Other Games that didn't work on TN-B before MIGHT work now but there is no gurrentee that they will with this mod.
