If you haven't been following the news, the court in UK ordered Apple to post an apology on its website that Samsung did not infringe on Apple's design.
Apple complied, but it was somewhat more wrapped in marketing material than you'd call an apology.
Well, the court didn't like this, so they asked Apple to fix it up and also make a link to it from their home page.
So currently, Apple have 'fixed this up', but interestingly, is still trying to make the notice on their home page less visible, by forcing the user to scroll to see it.

Obviously the script that does the image resizing won't work if you've blocked Javascript. Also, apparently the script breaks if your screen is in portrait mode.
