Endless Paradigm

I have been trying to find this theme all over the place. Does anyone know where I can grab it?

somehwere in qj, u can find it, called white rhizura. if im right.. ;)

EDIT: DAMMIT! The only thing missing in the pack I d/ld was the background. There was in fact a 01-12.bmp, but it wasn't the one in the pic above. :( I'll continue the search!
