MTG theme?  Quite imaginative.
I might suggest adding in a background.  The text on its side is a little hard to read.

I was debating whether to have the text on it's side also at the other side flipped, so both angles would be possible - unfortunately the icons would be too small for my liking :/

I did start with a background too, but decided to take it off as I preferred the immediate contrast of the icons against block colour.
