Y'know what annoys me? People going ballistic over in the States after some ISP decided to bill people per gigabyte of data transfer if they went over 250 GB. People were complaining, "This is crazy! The internet should be free! This violates (something)!" All the while, I'm sittin' here, with my 25 GB data cap, paying $2 extra/GB, thinkin', "It's been like that up here for a while! Get used to it!". Anyway, that's that. The bottom line is: if you're in Canada, you can pay Rogers, or you can pay Bell. Both are cable companies. If you live in the right area, you can pay smaller ISPs for better plans. I don't like either company.

Slushba132 Wrote: [ -> ]Mickey Wrote: [ -> ]My ISP is Cox in Phoenix and I've never really had a problem with them. I pirate plenty of stuff and very rarely get notices from them, I consistently get 2Mbps and only pay about $45 a month which I believe is reasonable. Very rarely does it go down and only for a couple of hours if it does.
Would the $45 a month still be reasonable if you knew that it didn't cost them nearly that amount to provide you with service?
Isn't that how everything works? There has to be profit made or else they wouldn't want to do it. In comparison to the other available companies around here their price is pretty good.

kung FFFUUUUUUU
my isp just started today,,, blocking most sites which contains : pornography/mature contents, racism, intense trolling, online gambling, proxy
it means no 4chin SUCK anymore
it's easy to avoid this,, but IMO they really shouldn't block them globally like this
