Not just in Apple's world, but the legal world also. If something is patented, you can't just go and make the same thing. Sure Apple is acting like a child, but they took the precautions years ago to allow them to act like a child today. Samsung, as a multi million dollar corporation, should have known better than to infringe on a patent.

Let's see Apple try and take the face sensing thing on the SIII

If they patented it years before it came out, I'm sure they'd have no problem doing so.

Google made Android, not Samsung.

And android is free, open-source software.

And the patents are so generic. "I patent a electronic screen that can show information. No one else can use them."

That's not a patent, that's anti-competition. And that's Apple.

Google didn't make Android. Android was made by a group of awesome geeks who later sold it to Google.
