Coming out on mobile phones? I get that they're powerful enough these days to be a suitable platform except for the fact that they're main purpose is to make a phone call from anywhere. To be fair, most of these are simple puzzle games or such for casual gamers, but some games are meant to come out on a platform with gaming as it's primary focus.

But I'm only saying this because of Final Fantasy: Warriors of Light and Dark Dimensions.
virtual controls make me want to roundhouse an old lady in the throat
maybe creating games in Smartphones is simpler than creating in more hd consoles which require months to finish, so that they can have quick bucks, lol

anyways i have an android phone so its no prob to me hehehe gonna play with it whenever it comes out
Casual mobile games are killing the gaming industry.
Even if I had a mobile phone, I don't think I could get into gaming on it.
haha. this reminds me of those sony ads where they make fun of mobile phone gaming.

No it isn't Emptyone

A port to another platform may happen though, I mean Final Fantasy IV: The After Years was also originally mobile only, but it came to the Wii and PSP (as part of Final Fantasy IV complete collection)
RPG games are a joy to play on your smartphone. It's main purpose is to be a phone but it does way more than that now, it's almost like a computer.

But honestly I almost never play games on my phone since I own a DS and a Vita(which isn't even portable it's so big so try not to go out and pretend you're not going to get robbed)

Games like GTA III and Dead Space are a pain to play on my phone but the fact that it can play it is pretty awesome. B)

As for FF coming out on the phone, all I can say is...fudge.

It has a high probability of being a complete dissapointment and mobile games usually cost no more than 5/10 dollars so expect a low budget FF game aimed to milk the FF fanboys. God they love to milk them. =w=
Games are meant to be played in 45 inch TVs not in a 3 inch smartphone.
