Ok, so those of you who have seen the themes I uploaded recently, will notice that they all have animation, and no special wave in 'classic' mode - there is the actual classic wave in the Diablo theme and the Matrix theme (and no animation if set to classic - just classic wave over month colours) - and there is no wave at all in classic for the Silk theme and Blood theme (and the animation remains, over the month colours).

What I want to do is remove the bootwave entirely - because what I get on all my themes is a stupid 3 seconds or so of showing a basic wave over the month's colour, immediately after the coldboot, and then goes to the custom theme wallpaper and animation (I want to go straight from coldboot to custom theme wallpaper and animation) - all I can find on the net is how to match the bootwave with xmb wave - but I don't have XMB wave, so that's no good to me!!!

Please help!!

(wondering if it's part of the opening_plugin.rco, and if I can edit any delays to make it not show at all.... tried a few, but nothing has worked)

Thanks in advance :D
Some further clarification - even without a wave, I still see a few seconds of month colour with the animation, before it goes to custom theme wallpaper and animation.... I WANT TO PUT A STOP TO THIS!!!!!
I recall an animation sequence in opening_plugin.rco which handles the startup animation - tried editing that?
I've had a look at most parts of opening_plugin.rco, but not all - I will persist, thanks Zinga :)
The animation sequence is quite long, you shouldn't miss it.  I'd guess that you just need to remove some entries (retain the events and similar).
Also you could just blank it out as all it is, is a GMO file under mdl_00 in the opening_plugin.rco file. Its also in the system_plugin_bg.rco file under mdl_bg, I prefer to set the same GMO file in both if I wish to setup a theme that way and you can't miss the animation sequence. For future use keep backups of these rco files tailored for whatever xmb you wished to make either as a flash0 theme(barely used nowadays) or a CTF(used a lot).
Also a CTF is just a flash0 theme in a single format so technically flash0 is still used just by using one file using the cxmb plugin.
